Ticket Information:  All tickets must be purchased through GoFan.co app

Prohibited Items:  Outside food/beverage, noisemakers, pets, balls, weapons, alcoholic beverages, and controlled substances are prohibited.  Smoking and vaping are not allowed on campus.  

Limited Bag Policy: Spectators are not allowed to bring large purses, large bags, or backpacks.  Bags and purses will be inspected for security purposes prior to entry.

FinalForms Information

All Waverly Student-Athletes grades 7-12 MUST have a completed FinalForms Account to practice & compete.  This includes an uploaded copy of a current, doctor completed & signed MHSAA Physical Form releasing the student for participation.  Update your FinalForms Account at the beginning of each school year by marking the Sports you are interested in.

A CURRENT-YEAR PHYSICAL IS ONE GIVEN ON OR AFTER APRIL 15 OF THE PREVIOUS SCHOOL YEAR

 Parents Go to:  waverly-mi.finalforms.com

Locate parent icon and click NEW ACCOUNT

Type your NAME, DATE OF BIRTH and EMAIL

Click REGISTER

Create a new FinalForms password and click CONFIRM ACCOUNT

Click REGISTER STUDENT for your first student-athlete

Locate and click the ADD STUDENT button

Type in LEGAL NAME and other required information

Click CREATE STUDENT

Check boxes the student-athlete is interested in

Click UPDATE after making selections

Complete each form by signing your full name electronically at the bottom and click SUBMIT FORM
