Registration forms are completed online and can be found here.

If you need to drop off paperwork or have questions regarding REGISTRATION please refer to the Administration Building at 517-321-7265. Since our Administration Building is currently under construction the best way to obtain service is to call 517-321-7265. Additional registration information can be found here.

Districts Requesting Student Records for Newly Enrolled Students

School districts requesting educational records for newly enrolled students to their district may submit requests using one of the following methods:

• Fax: Attn: Enrollment — 517-321-8577

Please note: Waverly Community Schools maintains most student records electronically. When available, records will be provided in electronic format. In these cases, a paper copy will not be mailed.

SPORTS

Physical, and FinalForms accounts for both student and parent are required for participation and practice in our sports. Physicals and signatures in FinalForms must be completed yearly.
